SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) App

This app has been developed to support the implementation of the Open Platform Cloud-to-Customer (CPI).

The app has been designed as a tool to help users access the data from the main application, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). In the following, you can find the required information to get an understanding of the data available in the main app and how to access it in the cloud-to-customer (CPI) tool.

How does it work?

This app is a tool to help you access the data from the main application, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You can access it via the extension in the SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tool.

If you open the extension, you will see a button "Message" on the top right corner of the application screen. When you click on this button, you will get a small draggable sidebar on the right side of the application screen. The content of this sidebar is dynamic and includes messages, traces, and infos of the last processed messages. You can access it directly by clicking on the items with an icon of a plus sign. This way, you can trace the messages of the last processed messages directly. If the trace is available for a message, the items with the icon of the plus sign will be colored, and if not, you will not be able to see this icon.
